1.If I want to cancel the order, can I get a full refund?

Orders Pending for Processing — Yes, your order can be canceled and a full refund to your original method of payment will be processed.

Orders with Tracking Number — Your order has already been shipped. You can track it here (https://t.17track.net/en). If you’d like to return the items after you receive them, please contact us first at aoclothes8@gmail.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

2.What payment methods do we accept?
Currently we only accept PAYPAL for payment, At present, we only accept PAYPAL payment. We will consider accessing credit card channels in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

3.How long will it take me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

4.How to cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
